From there, we prepare a tailored scope of services outlining the design approach, deliverables, and level of involvement best suited to your project.

The design story begins to unfold. Working closely with clients, ownership, architects, and brand partners where applicable, we establish the creative direction, spatial strategy, and overall design narrative. Through moodboards, visual references, and preliminary space planning, we define the foundation for a cohesive design that reflects the project’s identity and aspirations.

The initial concept develops into a more tangible vision. We refine spatial layouts, explore materiality and finishes, and begin to define the architectural character of each space. Preliminary drawings and 3D visualizations communicate the design intent, allowing the project to be understood and evaluated before advancing into detailed development.

With the design direction established, we develop the details that bring the vision together. Materials, finishes, lighting, bespoke elements, and specifications are further refined and coordinated. Detailed drawings and collaboration with architects, engineers, and other consultants establish the documentation required to support pricing, bidding, and construction.

As the design takes shape on site, we work alongside contractors, subcontractors, and project consultants to help preserve the original design intent. Through site visits, design reviews, and collaborative problem-solving, we address unforeseen conditions and technical challenges while maintaining a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and the integrity of the finished space.

Furnishings and carefully selected elements bring character, comfort, and purpose to a space. We curate and, where appropriate, customize furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, and other fixtures and equipment to complement the overall design.

For hospitality projects, this may also include the selection and coordination of operating supplies and equipment (OS&E), aligned with the project’s operational requirements and guest experience.

FF&E selection and coordination can progress alongside design development and construction, allowing selections, specifications, and lead times to be considered well in advance of installation. Procurement responsibilities are defined according to the project scope. Purchasing services are available for residential projects only.

The final layer brings the design to life. Through the thoughtful placement of artwork, accessories, decorative objects, and finishing details, we create spaces that feel complete, balanced, and inviting. Each element is considered in relation to the whole, culminating in an environment that reflects the original vision and is ready to be experienced.
